To clean carb jets, an ultrasonic cleaner works great. Since most people don't have one sitting in their garage, take your jets to a neighborhood jeweler, he will have one. Can also try school chemistry labs or commercial labs (there are more than you think out there). 10 minutes of ultrasound in a methanol bath and they are cleaner than the factory can get them.
